Should kids be involved in extreme sports

Let’s see if I can change your opinion on kids being involved in extreme sports. Young people should participate in extreme sports.

One reason is kids need to develop risk-management skills for many things such as going to college or moving out. According to Jamie Burr the professor of exercise physiology “risk-taking is crucial to the development of risk-management skills”. Through extreme sports kids learn how to manage risk-taking skills so they know when to take risks and when not to.
Extreme sports is also crucial to kid’s health. Jamie Burr also says “physical activity obviously has many health benefits”. Some kids might not get out that much so sports help with exercise and stay fit. Some may agree with Vani Sabesan that “young brains are more vulnerable to injury” but it’s not like they don’t take precautionary measures. Therefore, kids need extreme sports for risk management and it’s also essential to staying healthy
