Catching Fire

     In the book catching fire there are many acts of defiance. Defiance is there many acts of defiance of act in the book catching fire.

   Pg 242, Katniss knows Seneca died as a result of her action in the games. She is reminding snow that she beat the system last time. Katniss did it to show them that she’s more than just a piece in their games” this shows that she’s done letting the Gamemakers control her.

   Pg 255, Peeta tells the entire world that they are already married and that Katniss is pregnant. “Peeta and Katniss got married in district twelve”. He is turning the citizen against snow, people are seeing how cruel the games really are.

    Pg 250, In the interviews they “question the legality” of the games. They are blaming snow on live television, they are turning the Capitol Citizens against snow.

    Pg 251, Cinna turned the wedding dress into a Mockingjay. He turned her dress into the symbol of the Rebellion. The dress backfired out on the capitol

  I choose Peeta because he tells the world that him and Katniss go married and that Katniss is pregnant. I choose him because would they try to hide it.
