Over the years, my attitude about school has stayed the same. When I was younger, I felt that school was important because I wanted (and still want) a good future. Back then, my favorite part of the school day was language arts because I've always liked it and it's a pretty easy subject. When it came to school, my biggest worry was getting bad grades and disappointing my parents.
Now that I'm in my final year of middle school, I feel the same because I still want a good future for myself. Now, my favorite part of the day is still language arts because I really like it (and the teachers make it pretty fun). Now, when it comes to school, my biggest worry is surrounding myself with people that will hold me back from success.
When I'm a freshman in high school next year, I'll probably feel pretty nervous about school because it will be a new school and I'll have new responsibilities.
