Catching Fire


   

          In the book, catching fire Peeta and Katniss are symbolling an act of defiance against the capital but most of all President Snow. They have been all trying to get by with having each other but President Snow doesn’t like how there working together.

    Katniss in her private session with the game makers, she hung a dummy with Seneca Crane’s name on it. On page 242 Katniss said “I don’t know, to show them that I’m more than just a piece in their games.” To tell the world she’s stronger than what everybody things she is.

       Peeta is in his private train session he painted a picture of Rue’s body covered her in flowers from the last game. On page 240 Peeta says “Actually, I painted a picture of Rue” ‘How she looked after Katniss had covered her in flower’s” Peeta knows how to show his really talent at certain time’s  

           The tributes “During their interviews, they talk trash about snow and the games. They say “Snow could stop them if he really wanted to.” Everybody was holding hands at the end on the ceremony.

       Cinna “had turned the wedding dress that snow demanded she wear, into a mocking jay.” On page 253, Katniss think’s “wedding dress that snow demanded she wear, into a mocking jay.”  On page 253, Katniss thinks, ‘what has he done? Something terribly dangers. An act of rebellion in itself.” Katniss is worried because he is promoting the rebellion and national television.       

        The most dangers is peeta’s painting a picture of Rue. President Snow doesn’t like this at all.
