Would you let your kids do extreme sports? Kids should be able to do extreme sports. Two reasons they should be able to do these are because it will help keep kids active and healthy, as well as help kids face their fears.

Jamie Burr, professor of exercise physiology, PEI, Canada says, “Physical activities has many health benefits”. Kids need to be active because if they’re inside to much they could get obese. Extreme sports could keep kids healthy.

Burr also says, “Risk-free activities give people the opportunity to test themselves”. Kids need to test themselves outside of school with sports like these to help them. Extreme sports could help kids to test themselves physically not mentally.

Nani Subeson, assorate professor at WSU, argue that, ”young brains are more venerable”. However, kids should make their own choices and test themselves.

Kids should be able to do extreme sports. Because it will keep them active and healthy.
