Which side has it harder?

       Ponyboy has a realistic view when he says socs have all the breaks. They have money, nice cars, cute girls, teachers’ pets, and no worries. The greasers have hardly any money, ragged cars and trucks, gas station jobs, mechanic, don’t care for school. Steve is a mechanic he love cars. Darry works at a gas station. The socs have it easier, they have rich parents so they don’t need to work. Greasers have poorer parents or parents that dont acknowledge them so they have to work to support themselves and even brothers. Greasers and socs hate each other. Socs are richer eastside and Greasers are the poorer eastside. Cherry says they have had it hard the whole time. That’s why Ponyboy has the realistic point of view.
