CATCHING FIRE

In class we are reading Catching Fire. We are identifying what would rebellious to snow.

In Katniss private session she hang a dummy with Seneca crane’s name on it. On page 142 Katniss tells Peeta “I don’t know to snow them that I’m more than just a piece in their games”. Katniss knows what ever she does she cannot take down the capital but she will at least try.

In Peete’s private session he paints Rue’s body covered in flowers from the 1^st games. On page 240 Peeta says “I just wanted to hold them accountable if only for a moment says peeta ,killing that little girl, that is dreadful.

During their interviews the tributes were being defiant by questioning the games, capital laws and snow. The tributes were also holding hands which doesn’t like because he wants them to be enemy’s.

Cinna turned Katniss wedding dress that snow demanded she wore, into a mackingjay. On page 253 in the text it says “don’t worry I always channel my emotions into my work. That way I don’t hurt anyone but myself”. I think cinna knew what was gone happen when snow found out he turned the dress into a maockingjay.

I think when the tributes started holding hands snow was angry because he doesn’t wont the to be friends. He wants them to kill each other. Also there supposed to be enemy’s. Snow doesn’t want other districts  and tributes bounding with each other.
