Extreme Sport
At the age of fourteen Chloe Kim was
the youngest to win a golden medal at the winter
X-games.
Young children should be allowed to do extreme sports. It makes kids stronger
and mature and also, the risk is a part of life.
Risk
make us stronger. Jamie Burr, Professor of Exercise Physiology, University of
Prince Edward Island, Canada says that,” It may be this very risk the helps
get-and keep-people involved.” Think about it. The more risk they take will
make them stronger. Taking risk will make them grow a little bit every day. Risk
make us more involved. The more risk there is the more people there are.
Also making risk is a part of life. Burr also
said,” Risk is a fact of life”. Making risk can make you more mature. As they
get older they will learn, that making risk is a part of life. No matter what
you do you’re going to risk something. It’s not easy but it’s worth it.
Vani Sabesan, Associate professor, Wayne
University School of Medicine, Michigan argues that,” The most advanced
protective equipment can’t prevent injuries.” However, these kids can get
trained by professionals.
Young children should be able to do extreme
sports. Sometimes it’s their dreams. And you don’t want to destroy a child’s
dream.
